Our Recovery Salt Soak is created to ease muscle tension and stress. Magnesium Flakes provide an absorbable form of magnesium our bodies need for health and healing. Clary Sage Essential oil helps relieve muscle tension and Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil eases your mind so you can rest.

Add 1 - 2 cups to bath water and swirl gently to dissolve. Soak 20-30 minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of water.
